Jason Battle

Born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey, Jason Battle has spent over 25 years working in the hospitality industry. Living in some of the country’s most unique and dynamic cities, from Bridgehampton to Charleston, he was most attracted to New York City’s unparalleled energy. In 2004, Jason opened his first Bar Lounge in the East Village, being one of the first business owners to see the potential of the changing neighborhood. Since then, Jason has opened several successful restaurants, crediting their long-term success to understanding the unique needs and interests of each neighborhood’s clientele.

Wanting to better understand the full 360 view of his businesses, Jason’s focus naturally shifted to Commercial Real Estate. Quickly, he realized his newfound passion and has been spent the last 10 years focused on multiple areas of the business including real estate investment, development and property management.

Jason is a visionary, with the unique ability to think outside of the box to meet his clients’ needs. He has a one-of-a-kind eye, with years of experience in finding beauty and potential in the most unlikely places. His love of architecture and classic New York design brought Jason to residential real estate in Manhattan. Jason’s passion for New York real estate paired with his unique experience in the hospitality industry allows him to successfully meet all of his clients’ needs.

Jason resides in Manhattan with his wife and 2 sons. He is an avid New York sports fan with a keen sense of adventure. He enjoys fly fishing, skiing and flying airplanes in his free time.
