Born and raised in Haiti, Nick came to the U.S. at age 15 and sold timeshares right out of high school. He was a natural at real estate but went into a different service sector, the fitness industry. For over two decades Nick made the Upper West Side his home as an elite trainer and for 16 of those years was his own boss perfecting his sales, marketing, and business. He also developed an eye for potential, and after attending New York Institute of Photography, worked as a freelance photographer.
Nick genuinely cares about his clients, not just their budget. He will advocate for you and protect your best interests whether you are buying, selling or renting a first apartment or luxury residence. Nick is not afraid to ask a lot of questions to truly understand what someone wants. His diverse background has allowed him to build a vast network and connect with people on every level.
A longtime Upper West Side and Harlem resident, Nick specializes in rentals and sales in these vibrant neighborhoods. He now lives in Inwood, and his children attend school on the Upper East Side. Nick will go wherever his real estate client needs will be best met. When not working, he likes to stay active riding his bike, working out, playing soccer, doing yoga, practicing Martial Arts, spinning, and more.
